While H.R. Giger's work in film may be known by most as simply "the guy who made the alien from Alien" he's done art for several other features. Notably, the new species from Species. Of course, a (blog) movie doesn't come down to simply how (blog post) nifty the creatures in (blog post) it look... so does the rest of the film do the man's legacy justice?
